1. About the service

Kot Tarot is a Telegram bot that produces tarot card readings. The service is provided by the operator of Kot Tarot (“the operator”, “we”). By using the bot you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the service

Readings are generated automatically and are intended for reflection and entertainment. They are not professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. You make your own decisions.

3. Age

The service is intended for users aged 16 and over.

4. Payments

Some readings and features are paid and are purchased with Telegram Stars. Payments are processed by Telegram; the operator never sees your card details — only the charge identifiers and star amounts.

5. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If something went wrong — for example, you paid but did not receive your reading — contact us and we will make it right at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not abuse the service: do not automate requests to the bot, do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not resell access.

7. Changes & availability

These terms may change over time. The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uptime.
